    I forgot to do a top off yesterday and the heater exploted!! Apparently the water went down enough so that the heater was exposed. A one plastic...

    water change help

    like everyone said... Are u using tap? Or ro? I think I exagerated a little on two gallons since that's 34% maybe a better amount could be 10% water...

    I think you have a big bioload for that tank..IMO that's why your params are not perfect. But since you already have things in tere a 2 gallon change...

    Water changes, how often should I really be doing them

    well i dont really do water changes.. i only do them if my params are not perfect. or if its been too long then i do a 15% water change.

    An easy angelfish question!

    well angel fish do need a well stablished tank.. so i would suggest to be one of the last or at least 1-3 months after tank has cycled.
