    yep mangroves need light to survive, the light source should give the mangroves room to grow. a foot above the sprout should be a target if possible.

    they are a coldwater species, and don't reproduce well in warmer tropical tanks. another bottle probably won't help much.

    Nassarius are scavengers, they won't help at all here, they don't eat diatoms or algae, but if you aren't feeding fish make sure to feed them flake....

    not to disagree, but sprouted mangroves should get acclimation or they get stressed, the leaves are dimpling in the second photo, they shouldn't do...
