    Really need help with lighting, im kinda lost.

    Just get metal halides and call it a day :) i promise u wont regret it (this is where you t5ho advocates tell me how t5s are better or the same lol)

    yup wayyyyyy to cold 77-82 is safe IMO but try not to keep it over 80

    well not really i use home depot sand, its called high desert play sand very fine very nice color, cost 5 bucks for a 50 pound bag

    You would buy an over flow and sumps are very easy. I would look at getting a retro fit for either mh or t5 if you ahve a canopy if not your going to...

    Dont be mistaken, garlic does NOT cure ich and hasnt been proven to cure ich ever. BUT what it does do is cause the fish to eat, this way they stay...

    4x250 mh would be SICK on that tank for an all SPS tank....also if he builds a custom stand it will sit higher and be fine. But i agree the way...
