This is what I'd do. Reefbreeders are also nice fixtures. Nanobox are insanely beast, but can be expensive.
70 CRI CW, CW aren't bad, but 70 CRI, really AI? 400nm UV/TV, TV, and namely HV are great for spectrum, but adding 400nm ones is kind of a waste...
Good controls, meh spectrum.
JMO do dual T5HO, with 2 strips of BML, or custom nanobox, or a DIY (Luxeon M's would be great, very efficient and powerful.)

Ecotech, please learn the spectrum that corals use.
