It is not UV, UV is 400nm or under, what we use is typically 405-420nm, a violet led with a 425-430nm spike is best. Yes. I would look into...
The spectrum of that fixture makes me want to vomit to say the least. :o
Awesome specimen! IIRC, they love high lighting, I forget if this species prefers lower or higher flow, regular feedings, and a very stable system.
Size of the tank?
Stevesleds, LEDgroupbuy, and Rapidled are great.
4:2:1:1 Royal Blue, Neutral White, Cool Blue, True Violet or better Hyper (430nm) violet not Ultraviolet, with one cyan and deep red IMO
Not always, some nano setups are running without them, although they are probably preferred.

Nice tank! Are you Socal, Norcal, or Central?
Not an impressive fixture IMO.
I do not approve.
Nem shrimps, fire cleaner shrimp, small gobies, squat lobster/crab, etc
I disagree, with a proper fuge it can be done,a few people on NR have some nice smaller tanks with mandys.
Very clean! I love the scape!
IMO don't get a possum or six line, they will out compete the mandy, I would get a firefish and a small cardinalfish.
This! But they will eat some inverts.
Depending on the dims, you could have a Zebra Moray, very pretty, and eat crustaceans, plus they are often peaceful.
Peaceful tank mates that can handle tems in the 80s, water doesn't have to be uber soft or anything, just stable. What variants are you looking at?...
Razor or BML custom, or a RB if you can fit it would be better IMO.
Love the purple/jawbreaker IM shrooms, are the zoas in pic #2 Stratospheres?
