    I bought the bolts and covers at lowes and hanging kit from Aquacave but a quick ebay search has the whole thing cheap here

    The part closest to the light unscrews a little then you push down and pull the cable threw until you get the height you wont. It sounds confusing...

    Hmm Ill have to look when I get home but I think I have pics. I have a maristar fixture(tek with MH) and their hanging kit. It was really simple.
