I run my fuge with very low flow also , like CrimsonGhost said 200gph should be fine just keep an eye on it and adjust it as necessary.
Great setup! The vortech's are a little pricey but worth it IMO.
I had a 125g and a 24g. I tore down the 125 last year , but the 24g is still going.

I run a kalk stirrer with an osmolator, I have it setup up through my apex so it turns on the Tunze 1 minute every hour for safety.

With anthelia I have always put the frags in a small Tupperware with some liverock rubble for a few days until it has attaches.

It's an ozone safe skimmer just make sure you use silicone tubing not vinyl. You would be better off using an o3 reactor, much more efficient. IMO
