    Does this seem like good growth?

    The only thing you could do is swap your 14 for 10k which doesnt seem like somthing youd be willing to do with price of those bulbs.

    Radiant Wrasse or Green Mandarin?

    I would go with the wrasse over the mandarin too, however can you keep to diffirent wrasse, establiashed at diffrent times in a 60 gal?
