    BRS reactor for DI resin?

    Yes. You'd need to change one of the fittings to 1/4" to connect from your clean RO output to your input DI. Other than that, yes. It should work...

    Why so high?

    Most put LEDs higher up to increase spread due to the optics that a lot of fixtures incorporate to get deep light penetration.

    Medium light, toward the side under only one 250W MH. I don't have anywhere in my tank that is low flow, so I'd call it medium flow as well....
