I shouldn't see heat being a problem, vents/fans are on the list. Plus when the door is shut/locked it has a nice 1/10" crack.
It's wet atm seeing if I can silence the burping before I move further. I'll fight with it for a few days then if defeated I will go bean.

I would personally go 90% DR and 10% LR this would start you off and would gradually seed quickly. Minimal pests if any. Good Luck.
