I would also get rid of the wrasse, they can get very large and aggressive and are very active. I wouldn't put one in a tank less than 6 feet long......
I would get one single white LED on a dimmer dimmed all the way down, for two reasons 1. It imitates the glow of the moon (12K or so) 2. Blue light...

Probably because most reefers can't afford 800-1200 dollar fixtures, also the fixture looks pretty new. That's why they don't have a "perfect"...
