    Get an octopus skimmer hev, best bang for the buck IMO i love mine! just make an egg crate stand for it so its only about 8 inchs in the water!

    Corals for high current!

    Any sps corals LOVE high current, but i also agree with the above if you only have a mj400 and 600, i would actually say you should up the flow

    If you must have a wrasse get a six line they are very active and stay on the small side. They also eat flatworms so you wont ever have to worry...
