    It means the top of the water is not being agitated enough, point the power heads up to cause a ripple in the top of the water this will help with...

    Skimmer from LFS...

    Yup great skimmer, i also ran mine not as a HoB but in the sump, also i changed out the pump first with a mj1200 then with a mag 3

    Its a durso, the one that is caped is the one tube that brings the water out of the tank into the sump

    I love the remoras, i had one on my 55 for a while and then put it in my 75 when i upgraded and it skimmed like a champ on both

    how to color up your corals

    I have found the best way to color up my corals is just keep the water at par and good lighting and changing the bulbs when need be

    I have a flow question:)

    If you do use a wave maker, use maxi jets i have heard they work the best,but honestly i dont see the need for a wave maker on such a small tank

    hmmm idk i have a maxijet with the sureflow mod 2100gph on my 55 with a k4 and i love it, perfect flow, i still say two k3s :) ps pack i hate...

    if i where you, id use a 20 long for a sump, 10 is basically a waste as it will at MOST add 5 maybe 6-7 gallons of water volume and wont really allow...
