    They are nice for accent lighting. Alone, I don't think they would sustain anything but zoa's/shrooms, maybe some softies.

    Depends on what look you want. With the actinic supplements you have, the phoenix 14k will be very blue. Ushio is a very good brand to look into.

    Tubes are awesome. I have a neon pink with green center feeders. Make sure you feed it once a week or more as they are NPS. Congrats!
