    Looks like a sponge to me, as long as its not bothering anything leave it be they are awsome filter feeds and help keep the water cyrstal clear.

    I have never had one in my fuge,the flow of water you have should be fine, id leave it be, if it grows algea take it out and rinse it in saltwater

    I think it depends on the person and the tank. For example i have a 180 with a 65 gallon sump, 100 gallon rubber maid fuge and 75 gallon fuge in one...

    Nope, just have always had better luck with MH thru my experiences, dont get me wrong i use t5s on my 55 frag and 29 frag but i would never change...

    I put a rock in front of the head works great its better then having 3 hydor k2s thats for sure!!! and i would recomend this mod its amazing...
