I would go with a 6 light fixture or an 8, you really don't need a hood.

The mandarin will travel all over the tank where as the diamond will stay mostly on the bottom of the tank.
In a 150 gallon tank with 330 lbs of live rock you should not have any problems.
Easy one is 432 watts and the other is 324 watts. I would go with the one that's 432 watts myself.
