I would stay away from the ray. A 125 isn't quite big enough for them and they will eat any invert they can get their mouth on, especially shrimp....
are there any other corals in the tank? The PO4 number is concerning because that is just showing free phosphates. Generally phosphates are too...

Are your nitrates dropping rapidly? Xenia is one of those corals that can tolerate higher nitrate and often does will in a more nutrient rich...
