Of course I had to word it that way... :( lol. ::)
Would there be some type of hose or nozzle I should connect to the return line that would best create the wave effect when tide rises? Originally I...
I plan to use the Danner Mag Drive 1.9 return pump in my 10g sump. It will be the only pump for this tank. The high turnover rate (about 30x)...
You've put together a very interesting and informative video. Thanks for sharing it with us! I can't wait to see parts 2 and 3 to your movie....
Btw..this is just going to be a look-down tank. It was inspired by my LFS's stock/ coral frag tank.
Thanks for the info. That's very cool! :)
I'm going to go with a mag 1.9 for the return pump. I should get some good flow from that. It's $36 new, but I will see if I can find one, used.

Plus the cost of wood to build the stand, of course.
It should cost me about $26 if I don't buy the stunner strip lights. lol. I'll do that after I finish my 29.

But how do I control (automate) the sprinkler valve? I do want some water movement at low tide.
When I eventually get lights; I am thinking about 3 Ecoxotic stunner strips.
Now how strong of pumps should I use? They wouldn't need to be much, but it will be about 3' of head pressure.
haha. I had to see for myself. ::)
