    That's actually a Cirratulid polychaete, AKA "hair worm". These critters are different than Terebellids (spaghetti worms) in that in the hair...

    Was the cuke a Cholochirus sp.? It sounds like it. The Cholochirus cukes are more likely to nuke a tank than Holothuria.

    For a std. 2" BH, most mfrs quote a 2 7/8" hole, but it can be less as long as the BH fits thru it.

    Using Epoxy for Rockscape

    I use Mr. Sticky two part epoxy as opposed to the putty-type stuff. I've used both, but the putty usually comes loose.
