    well the SPS ,hard corals can take a lot more water movement than the mushrooms and in fact need a lot more I have 52 x tank volume at present...

    swagger its a good price, but , the lamps are 2 years old so they are no good and if the splach cover is warped you may end up cracking/ breaking it...
