What is your lighting? Some flow is fine, but if it's strong enough to cause the heads to retract, it's too strong.

Good old reef epoxy (2 part stick) or a big dab of gel superglue works just fine, or a combination of the two.
MH is superior to both T5 and CF. CF isn't that great.
Leopard wrasses are listed as difficult not only due to being a fragile shipper, but also a picky eater. They prefer pods over prepared food....
I don't like the specs on those personally; I think they're weak. Consider that one CREE is 3 watts each.

Voted another wrasse, but I'd definitely stay away from a sixline. Any fairy wrasse would be just fine.
