I use a 54w (I think?) PC 10k bulb for mine algae grows super fast in the fuge with it.
I've never heard of Odyssea but I also have a turbo twist and it's working without problems.
Seahorses are cool but they don't like very much of a current and can be hard to feed. I'd go with the fish and corals.

That's a lot of fish, the loin and the eel are pretty mean and will eat the more docile fish like the goby and the blenny.
