the hole thing is not to use a torch. you have no idea what it was used for and having some sort of flammable liquid ignite in there is not a good...

a lot of oil drums are sealed expect for a hole to put the oil in.

is it a oil drum? most dont have leds. if your drum had a led it would have a some sorta clamp on it. were are you from?
