I see a lot of advice on this forum saying that Angelfish should not be put in reef tanks because they WILL "eat" corals, and that all Angelfish...
You need a 200+ gallon aquarium to house one comfortably IMO. I have seen them kept in large SPS reefs though.
I bet this thing cost $100,000+. The guy sure does like his Zebrasoma...IMO the tank is missing two things, stony corals and Angelfish...
3 degrees is nothing to worry about. Temperature fluctations are natural, in the wild water temperatures fluctuate by up to 6-8 degrees every day.
Anthias have very high metabolisms and need 2-4 feedings a day of high quality food. If the 6 line is already in the tank and established I would not...
The most common parasites that come with Angelfish are Flukes. Give it a 5-7 minute freshwater dip and treat it with prazipro in the QT. Make sure it...
ORA Pearlberry is one of the 6 I have coming. Do you have any SPS right now?

Terrible news for any endemic species to Clipperton Island, including the rare, beautiful, Clipperton Angelfish. Xylene tanker runs aground at...
I know plenty of people with C. potteri in their reefs. They are one of the safer dwarfs, also beautiful IMO. Good luck. :)
If I had a dollar for every time someone made a "weird swimming clownfish" thread I'd be rich. :)
Yup, my angels are the most personable fish in the tank.
Even a small Tang would outgrow your 46 gallon fast. :) I would go with a dwarf angel maybe a Coral Beauty or a Multicolor angel.
Six line wrasse is not compatible with the ruby head wrasse.
This is a great looking tank. Keep it up. :)
This is not healthy. Tangs NEED a good amount of algae in their diet. I'm sorry but trying to stunt the growth of your tang is not a good strategy.
