i agree with pack but you need atleast some rock to seed it.... IMO thats what i did i had 50lbs dead rock and 20 lbs of live and added base later.
if you have the money for a 2 x 250 watt then definately get that one. I have a 2x150 only and have some sps and some lps in my tank both did well on...

ok so i bought it.... it eats shrimp and this is what i think it is: Echinaster spinulosus no clue what it likes to eat other then my spaghetti...
i have a blood shrimp that eats crap and 2 conches that also eat crap also lots of hermits so it gets eaten eventually.
