    Wel I have never had ichh and but I have read lots about it every says to soak your food in garlic enhances stuff it helps their immune system,...

    Hm... I had a thread before and everyone said 10 to 11 is good for SPS I don't have a ton of sps.. but i'll stop dosing for a few days and test...
