There are 2 small yellow plastic plugs on top of the pump, Just take them out and add a few drops of oil, ( 3 in one oil ) will work fine. and then...

Well I suppose you could take a container of water filled to the top and then add some rock that you have weighed to it and than measure the amount...
Peppermint shrimp work very well in eliminating Aiptasia from my experience.
