Alkalinity is usually at 2 meq/l (dKh = 5.6). Is that a bit low, i thought it had to be minimum 7, or am i wrong?
So you are adding fish to the tank, but don't know what the salinity is, i would get yourself a refractometer, bit more expensive then a hydrometer...
Some soft corals can be added now, mushrooms, leathers, zoa's, polyps, these are great beginner corals, and quite hardy too...
