    two other things. I would not use tap water. I would not keep a lionfish with clownfish, lionfish would eat them eventually.

    I had already assumed you did. the airstone is for PH. high co2 levels decrease PH.

    Low ph is not good for the corals or the fish really, but I don't think it would have killed your lion.

    you mean the frag plug? some people just break the coral off, I do this with lps. With acros I grind it down to a smaller size I can use.
