This link here may help you with your noise issue. there are other options as well....
i would go with the vortechs for sure. piece of mind that the tank wont crank and there are different settings to play with.
i doubt that those led with have the power to add the shimmer effect over your t-5's. I dont know if these will either but it might be worth calling...
with a tank that small you could go with out a skimmer. frequent water changes would be sufficient for nutrient export. this would keep your tank...
Its a boostled par 30 3 blue 2 white. the camera makes it look a bit blue, but i like the color. That is the only light that i am running.

Yeah, i will have to take a look at the gobies at some of the fish stores around here.
oooo, i really like those. i will have to take a look at their site. congrats on your first corals purchase!
clowns are always nice additions.
should be fine, thats about what i had and never had any problems. lets see if anyone else will chime in tough.
i like 2in10's idea as well. it would be cool to look at, and benefit your new tank.
You could always make a photobucket account, then copy and paste the link to the pictures you want to show off.
honestly either died fro improper acclimation, or your hermits destroyed the population. my bet is on the hermits. mine did that to all of mine...
i want to get a shrimp or small fish for my nano here. i just want something that moves around the tank and is fun to watch. Any suggestions?
Where did you buy the tank from?
Thanks everyone.
im actually running the 3 blue and 2 white. my camera just makes it look bluer than what it actually is. i love the color.
I thought that I would do an update on my nano reef. Since my last post quite a bit has changed. Got the boost led bulb over it, hydor koralia nano...
watts is an outdated measurement of light, look at the par ratings of the a single bulb on their website.
