Radium 150W, 20,000K HQI Double Ended Metal Halide Lamp - AquaCave.com
I'm a big fan of the Radium 20ks (which I believe are available in 150w HQI bulbs). Is the unit 150w or 250w?
Not a bad price, but I wouldn't trust the bulb on any used fixture - buy a new one.
Agreed - been mixing salt and RO/DI for 20+ years.
I always say this to people who talk about getting a 90... get a 120 instead. The cost isn't much different and the extra 6" you get is well worth it.
But that little teenie hippo tang will totally fit in my 10g!
Look at a 120 instead of a 90. The extra 6" front-to-back makes a huge difference.
You can buy a polyethylene tank, but unless you just feel like spending a lot of money or you need a larger mixing container than a trash can, just...
But you don't currently have SPS taking a bunch of calcium out of your water. Stable parameters are key and the best way to maintain stability is to...
It is tough to keep parameters in check on water changes alone. IMO the keys are: - Some type of calcium/alk/mag dosing. I use Brightwell Kalk +2,...
That looks like a pretty good deal. As for what corals you can grow, you could probably grow lower light SPS (montipora, stylophora) and just...
It all depends on the pump. 1/2" will add more head height than 3/4" and will slow down the flow.
This is my only knock against ReefCleaners - the fact that they use USPS. I've had two shipments from them get screwed up because of it.
A friend of my wife was in town and wanted to go to the California Academy of Science in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. I'd never been there...
This would be a good way to go. No issues with this set up at all.
It looks like you're stuck. The only thing I can say is that if you can get your fish out and you have/can borrow a big pump to drain and refill...
It is completely relevant and there is definitely a link - it's called the display tank and the water level in the tank. I can't tell you how...
I don't know how you can say this. This statement is completely inaccurate. If you have two separate sumps with two separate returns from the same...
The only way this works is to have the two sumps connected with a pipe so they always stay the same level.
Is it in the overflow?
Separate names with a comma.
