    Ecobak will reduce phosphates and nitrates in a +-10:1 ratio. It needs nitrates to pull phosphates. Your sulfur denitrator is working against it....

    start at 20%-30%. wait 2 weeks, then add 10% per week. expect a bit of browning. if they start bleaching dial it back a bit.

    calculating rock displacement can be hard. just fill it up. I would venture to gues you will end up with 40 in the tank and 20 in the sump.
