You saying that you plan to have 2 return lines to the tank? If yes, than you can put the tee near the return pump "sideways" to that the fuge...
yeah. typically with a single drain like you have, the safest option to get water to the fuge side is by ways of a small pump from the skimmer...
Nice plumbing. That being said... It appears you have a hang-on overflow box. It also appears that after the tee, the pcv size is reduced....
get a gate valve if you're trying to tune it to a syphon on a drain.
