    Construction rock use for live rock

    I have heard of places taking concrete and thowing in the ocean for a year then selling as live rock. It was rubble from construction sites....

    question on return method for sump

    I used flex hose cause it is clear and I could see if there wa any blockage in pipe. Also with clamping ring it is easy to take apart and no glue....

    There is always hope. It was probably bad from the store. just keep an eye on it. you might want to slowly acclamate it to the new bulbs.

    Mushrooms should not look clear like they do in your pic. if they are clear they released all there zooxanthalia other wise known as bleaching....
