Looks like I've been slacking on posting my new stuff! Just took new pics this week to track growth. [img] IMG_9275 by Sushi_Girl1995, on Flickr...
I would post, but I don't know the names LOL. Mine are all in that other thread tho.
I agree with that.
Wow, those are some fantastic shots!
I guess no one but me zoomed in on the pic?
Hard to tell but kinda looks like it.
Never seen anything that looks like that before. Definitely not a mantis, they have unusual eyes. I would've opted out too!
Can't tell anything from that pic. Can you get closer?
Canon 30D, they don't make them anymore LOL.
Ammonia should always be zero in a cycled tank. Adding fish can cause mini-cycles, especially in that young of a tank and with those having high...
I'm guessing with that amount of livestock in that size of a tank at only 3 months old you probably had an ammonia spike, which got converted to...

Congrats, you'll love him. Don't freak out when you finally find him sleeping against a rock, all cocooned in with mucus! :D
Yeah, that crab will get huge. I had one for 4 years. The shell on top is the shell he was hiding in that I (and the LFS person) thought was empty....

You might be surprised at others appearing, they grow pretty fast from so small you can hardly see them to decent, breeding size. I cajoled an LFS...
I have a nice scar (actually 2, but one's way worse) on my arm from a 2002 incident with a sneaky cleaner shrimp and a metal halide bulb.
My boyfriend found a red flashlight on the internet somewhere. It just showed up one day on the tank LOL. Might be LED, it has 3 bulbs and looks...
Yeah, I would suspect the crab too.
Tank will definitely have to be covered for wrasses. My suggestions: McCosker's wrasses (a male/female pair) and/or a green bird wrasse.
Separate names with a comma.
