Just thinking out loud, but I like the prospect of Red Sea offering refill reagents.
Same question for nitrate. Or is there an even better option?
I was thinking about buying some. Now I am not so sure.
I've noticed that it grows thicker on my plastic powerheads than on my glass. It seems to have some sort of affinity to plastic. I'll scrape my walls...
Agree with both. A white "lip" is a good sign. Picture would help.
Thanks. Out of curiosity, is there a media that works for both nitrate and phosphate?
Is Bulk's GFO bigger than Chemi's? The orange fish-egg sized particles in Chemi's went right through my filter and into my tank last time I tried it.
I think I would have the same problems with it as I do with my current one. The inlet is isn't long enough to attach a tube.
So BRS GFO seems like the popular choice. Thoughts on chemi pure?
I looked into doing that, but the inlet for the pump that I have won't support any type of hose going to it, unfortunately. Pump: LifeTech Jebo...
I guess I'll stick the pump in the display. What's the best media product to use?
I wouldn't get optics that are too focused though as you may create shadows on the perimeter. i would stick with the default optics (120?) or 90.
I agree, in my opinion, I would go ahead and buy two 750s.
Well that's disappointing.
Would it need to be a submersible one? I really don't want a pump in my 20 gallon tank.
Could be a stone crab too. Either way, I would remove him.
I have one. How do I use one without a sump (no overflow).
Chemi-pure Elite? Anything else?
