I went to Home Depot, the Label said 100% silicone on the GE silicon II, but the back said NOT FOR AQUARIUMS,.....the GE silicone I also said, 100 %...

Can I use silicone from home depot or the like in my aquarium? Or is there a difference in aquarium silicone?
If I run my retun pump back into the main tank from a sump below, and I use PVC pipe, and I run the return almost to the bottom of the tank behind...
