i have 234 watts of t5s over my 40 breeder i think u have plenty of light over the middle of the tank..the sides may be a little dark...an average...
i love my 40 breeder..nice cube tank that gives u lots of aquascape designs... 400$ is a good deal

also i would 10000% highly advise u to use new sand...just seed it with ur established sand... alot of things can happen when transferring the old...
mine takes things back but u only get 50% of what they sell it for...
