    well this worked for me, dipped and right back into the main tank. i feel it helped to get the ich to drop off and gave the fish a fighting chance....

    grab the tang at night when its sleeping. i have found a 5 minute fresh water dip has helped the fish to get over ich, float the clear dip container...
