The corals are just fine, for fish I would go with a clown goby or a firefish. The red spot cardinalfish would be another.
Lemon juice will affect the daisies if you get it on it. You need to literally inject it into the aiptasia.
EDTA will not remove Cu. It may bind to it but the Cu will still be in your water. Using a heavy metal removing product is your best bet like...
