Amen.....me too Grotto. Haven't had a problem with my tank either and I have been doing this for over a year now.
It is ok to have a few or get a shrimp and have it feed on them to keep em in check.
Get a coral branded shrimp and they will take care of them. If you have a bunch then that is usually from overfeeding.
