I doubt they will grow out more. They will most likely go flat on the ends and grow out elsewhere on the colony.
CO2 need depends on the intensity of your lighting. So we will need to know that. The snails should not be a problem as the eat only decaying...

What sized Biocube? If it is a 29 then any quality 2 bulb fixture will do. Any 4 bulb fixture will work but you may need to raise it off of the...

That is normal for the coral to have less coloration where there is ni light or little light hitting it.
Great collection of corals and fish Hunter, Pocis can be a real pain with spawn/bailout all over the place.

Ok if it is not molded around each bulb then the fixture will be weak on light. You should be fine with softies and LPS though.

Definitely follow the advise given and it should color up. It probably won't be a fast grower based on my experience.
