    just follow your parameters they will tell you but if you get it from a tank that is setup upon buying they cycle will be very short a couple days....

    as long as its oxygenated it should be ok, remember just take your time don't try to do too much at once .

    alot of petshops will give you bad info either because of ignorance or wanting to make a sale. when you cycled it did you put something in the tank...

    salinity is a little low but thats not what killed them. live rock contains all the bacteria you need i would atleast use a little bit in every tank...

    i would buy live rock, and skimmer. also 15 gallons is really small for a first reef tank. we need to know your salinity also.

    your tank will need to be heavily planted(a hob refug prolly isn't big enough). and frequent water changes may be required. that alone may be enough...

    i would keep it. if you only have a 12 gallon it shouldn't be that hard to catch if its a problem also do not eat it its flatworms may be posionous

    a lined or fairy wrasse. the reason the hawkfish kill small wrasses is because they fill the same niche in the reef.
