I used Tangster advice and ran my inlet to the sump from the OF to the bottom of the sump in a 1" line. I then enlarged the pipe to a 1 1/2" and did...
The chiller is the best insurance I ever bought for the tank. It is only there just in case it is needed. Man heading into winter...things are...
You could use the 3/4" line for another OF if you wanted. Just make the standpipe for it and bring your return water over the top edge of the tank.

Just make sure you put a good budget back for a tank that size because once you pass the 150g to 180g mark things change a little and more equipment...

For your fuge you just T off your OF from the display and and put a valve on it so you can slow the flow down. I would take the tank and drill a hold...
