    I've heard 10k are more for growth while actinic is more for looks.. but to answer your question you can change 2 12ks to actinics.. no problems.....

    Can't get dKH up .....

    I use kent ph/dkh super buffer.. its raises PH and dHK.. I would do a small water change and use some of that with your saltmix..
