    How do you add sand inbetween rocks?

    I just use my hand and kinda broom the sand in between the live rock. some fish will naturally kick it back out if they like that hole to sleep...

    Too much "direct" current bad for some SPS?

    yeah the PH was within 12" of my green acro and pink birdsnest.. birdsnest is pretty much bare and dead now.. and acro is probly on its way out too.....

    yeah dKH is 23. or 400 ppm KH .... Im using API reef test kit also I just got home after not feeding my fish today.. and see my fire clown...

    add ph buffer.. you want it around 8.3 .. I dont think ph has much to do with cycling a tank. only add buffer if your below 8.0.. monitor it weekly.
