    I think the more wattage, the more heat. The K rated also has to be considered.

    Your still cycling so your not supposed to do any water changes or run the lights for so long. Keep in mind that cycling sometimes lasts 2-3 months....

    100-150Gal rubbermaid sump?

    My only concern( correct me if Im wrong) is, wouldnt the drain be like a black hole(gravity) going down to the basement and "crashing" into the sump?...
