Does it have 2 arms? I believe it is a spionid worm and it completely safe. The tube most likely is from sand grains and small coral chips.

Betta are slow fish and will not do well with fast fish as they will most likely not get enough food.

You should have at least a 10 gallon for Dwarf Gouramis.
Betta might have trouble getting enough food with the Danios in there. No go on the molly in that small of a tank.
