I think you are right on them being sebae.
First one looks like it might be a Condylactis, not sure on the second.
Try moving the pumps closer to the surface and aim them parallel to each other from opposite sides of the tank.
A 6 bulb ATI will be more than sufficient. You will want to keep it 30" above the sand or risk photo inhibition of your corals.

You only need 4 bulbs for your tank. I would use 2 blues, a daylight and the fiji on your tank. If you do use all 8 then your switch sounds good.

I agree with sticksmith. The CBS is not a detritus eater and they can become quite mean and attack your other residents as they get larger.
