You should attached corals when ever possible. Unattached frags fall.
There is nothing you can do. They are still acclimating, it may take some time. They may need longer to acclimate to the lighting.
Boy your Alk and mag seem low for RC. I am usually around 10-11 alk and 1350 mag easy. Check you water next time before you add it to the tank.
